Currently, there are two ways to support password resetting.

If you remember the current password, please click your account name in the “User” Section to enter the "Account Settings" page. Then please reset your password by tapping the "Change Password" button to set a new password.

If you have forgotten your current password, please click "Forgot your password?" on the Set new password page, then you need to enter the e-mail of your account to accept the verification code on the Forgot password page. After entering the correct verification code on the Verification code page, then you can set a new password.
Please note that the password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and the minimum length of the password must be 8 characters.
