Currently, there are two ways to support password resetting.
- If you remember the current password, please click your account name in the “User” Section. Please follow the instructions on the page to reset your password to "Account Settings/Change Password". As shown below:
- If you have forgotten your current password, please click "Forgot your password?", then you need to enter the e-mail of your account to accept the verification code. After entering the correct verification code, you can reset your password. As shown below:
Please note that the password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and the minimum length of the password must be 8 characters.
