Ways to Purchase a Subscription from the App
Option 1:

Open the app

Click the "User" page

Choose "Upgrade now" from the top banner

Review the details of each plan, including features and price, to choose the one that best suits your needs.
There are two types of subscription plans for Awareness Gen 2:
Single Device Plan: Covers one camera only. You can choose between monthly and annual billing.
Unlimited Devices Plan: Covers all cameras under your account. Also available with monthly and annual billing options.

Click the "Setting" icon of the camera on the "Home" page

Choose "Cloud Service"

Click "Upgrade" to check different plans to purchase

View and Manage Subscription on the App

Open the app

Click "Awareness" on the "User" page

Enter the "My Service" page to view your active plan and its validity period.

Tap "Manage" to cancel your subscription.
View and Manage Subscription on Apple ID/Google Play
For iOS Users:

Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device.

Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Select "Subscriptions" to view and manage your current subscriptions.
For Android Users

Open the Google Play Store app.

Ensure you're logged in with the correct Google account.

Then choose "Subscriptions" to view and manage your current subscriptions.
