How to Reset CentralHub? – Help Center

If you need to reset CentralHub, you can manually start the reset process using the SYNC button on the back of the device.

Make sure CentralHub is powered on.
Locate the SYNC button on the back of the device.
Quickly press and release the SYNC button 4 times.
On the 5th press, press and hold the button until you hear the reset prompt tone.
Release the button and wait for CentralHub to complete the reset process and restart.

To prevent accidental resets, CentralHub requires a specific button sequence: press the SYNC button 4 times in quick succession, then press and hold on the 5th press until you hear the reset prompt tone.
Resetting CentralHub will remove its network and device pairing settings.
After the reset is complete, you may need to set up CentralHub again in the app.
To enter pairing mode, double-press the SYNC button quickly.
