Power on and Enter Pairing Mode
- Place your CentralHub near your Wi-Fi router.
- Use an Ethernet cable to connect your CentralHub to the router.
- Plug your CentralHub into a power outlet.
- Wait about 1 minute for the CentralHub to initialize. The indicator light should turn on.
Note: If the CentralHub does not enter pairing mode automatically, double-click the SYNC button to enter pairing mode.
App Setup: Add CentralHub
- Enable Bluetooth for your phone and for the app in your phone's settings.
Note: For Android phones, enabling Bluetooth on the device is sufficient. For iOS phones, make sure to also grant the app permission to use Bluetooth.
- Open the app.
- Tap "Add a new device" or the "+" icon, then select CentralHub & Camera Kit.
- Follow the in-app instructions to search for your CentralHub.
- Select your CentralHub from the device list.
- Wait for the app to connect the CentralHub.
- Once connected, name your CentralHub and set its Home and Location for easy identification.
Pair Cameras with CentralHub
- After the CentralHub setup is complete, the app will guide you to pair the cameras included in the kit.
- Power on each camera and place it near the CentralHub.
- On the "Pair Your Devices" page, select a camera from the list or tap "Pair" to continue setup.
- Wait for the camera to connect to the CentralHub.
- Once the camera is paired, follow the in-app instructions to set its location and complete the camera guide.
- Repeat the steps above for any remaining cameras in the kit.
Add a Camera to an Existing CentralHub
If you already have a CentralHub added to your account, you can also connect a supported camera to it.
- Power on the camera and make sure it is in pairing mode.
- Open the app and start adding the camera.
- When prompted to choose a connection method, select "Connect via CentralHub".
- Select an available CentralHub from the list.
- Tap "Continue" and wait for the camera to connect.
Note: To connect a camera via CentralHub, the CentralHub must be online, support camera pairing, and have available device slots.
Note: If the camera firmware does not support Hub pairing, connect the camera via Wi-Fi first, update the camera firmware in device settings, then try connecting it to CentralHub again.
Final Configurations
- On the app's homepage, tap the camera or CentralHub settings icon to set your preferences for recording, notifications, alarms, storage, and other features.

- Indicator light color on the CentralHub or camera.
