There are currently two ways to support password resetting.
- If you remember the current password, please click your account name in "My". Please follow the instructions on the page to reset your password in "Account Settings/Change Password".
- If you have forgotten your current password, please click "Forgot your password?", then you need to enter the e-mail of your account to accept the verification code. After entering the correct verification code, you can reset your password.
Please note that the password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, and the minimum length of the password must be 8 characters.
